1. PROGRAMING & SPACE PLANNING

  • Interview to determine client needs, schedules and budgets.
  • Establish functional and aesthetics goals.
  • Inventory of existing furnishings and other items to be reused.
  • Provide space plans with furniture layouts.
  • Assist in developing the project timeline.
  • Coordinate interior plan selections and placement.

2. INTERIOR DESIGN

  • Budgeting of all interior finishes and furnishings.
  • Assist in material, finish and furnishings analysis, recommendations and specifications.
  • Design all interior details and provide sketches and presentation boards of all interior selections.
  • Review and coordinate furniture layouts with lighting and electrical plans, fine art and decorative accessories.

3. WORKS EXECUTION

  • Plans for partitions, telephone, electrical, ceiling and lighting.
  • Coordinate and review drawings with contractors.
  • Maintain project schedules.
  • On-site inspections during construction.
  • Wall and floor finish plans and schedules.
  • Interior details and design as required.

4. Furniture, Lights & Accessories

  • Review and coordinate furniture layouts with lighting and electrical plans.
  • Selection of suppliers and procurement of all furniture and decorative accessories.
  • Design, production and installation of custom made furniture and accessories.
